The Role

As Facilities Manager, you'll oversee the smooth operation of the school's buildings and grounds, ensuring the site remains safe, compliant, and well maintained.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing planned and reactive maintenance

• Supervising contractors and external suppliers

• Leading health and safety and statutory compliance

• Monitoring site security and access

• Supporting improvement and refurbishment projects

• Managing facilities budgets and ensuring value for money

We're looking for someone who is organised, practical, and confident managing a busy site. Previous facilities, estates, premises, or site management experience is essential, ideally within a school or similar environment.

Salary & Benefits
