As Facilities Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the school buildings and grounds are maintained to the highest standards, providing a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities include:
Managing planned and reactive maintenance
Coordinating contractors and specialist service providers
Leading health and safety and statutory compliance
Overseeing site security and access
Supporting facilities improvement projects
Managing budgets and ensuring effective use of resources
The school is looking for someone with previous facilities, estates, or premises management experience who enjoys taking ownership and delivering high standards across a busy site.
£40,000–£45,000 per annum
