*Position Details:*
🔹 Designation: IT Support Engineer
🔹 Experience: 2 – 3 Years
🔹 Qualification: Any Graduate
🔹 Location: Thane
🔹 Working Days: Monday to Saturday
🔹 Shift: 8–9 Hours (Regular Shift)
🔹 Employment Type: Regular (Candidate will be placed at client site)
*Key Responsibilities:*
✔ Provide on-site IT support across platforms such as Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android
✔ Support Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, and Cloud file sharing
✔ Provide L1/L2 technical support using Microsoft OS and Active Directory
✔ Troubleshoot hardware, software, LAN, IP, and WiFi connectivity issues
✔ Setup and troubleshoot Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet meetings
✔ Handle video conferencing systems (Poly, Logitech, etc.)
✔ Assist in laptop preparation, user profile configuration, and data migration
✔ Diagnose issues, provide solutions, or escalate to the relevant technical team
