About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Security Analyst to join our agile security team.
This role plays a key part in managing and maintaining our Information Security Management System (ISMS) and critical security tools, helping to strengthen our organisation’s security posture.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain the Information Security Management System (ISMS), ensuring policies, standards, and procedures are developed, updated, and enforced.
- Coordinate and execute security activities in alignment with the security calendar, including scheduled tasks and audit requirements.
- Respond to customer requests by providing accurate and timely security information and documentation.
- Manage and optimise operational security tools, including: Identity and access management, Device management. Managed detection and response solutions, Cloud security.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to strengthen the organisation’s overall security posture.
Experience
Essential
- Entry-level role – no prior industry experience required; focus on transferable skills and a proactive learning mindset.
Desirable
- Familiarity with Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and their key components.
- Experience administering Microsoft 365.
- Operational knowledge of security tools such as Rapid7, Akamai, or Lacework.
Knowledge and Skills
Essential
- Strong academic foundation with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and operational security tools.
Desirable
- Proactive and curious mindset, with the ability to identify and drive improvements.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey security concepts.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a small, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with identity and access management, device management, managed detection and response, and cloud security.
