| Role and Responsibilities |
- Acts as an expert in a core set of Oracle products and solutions and delivering specialized support in any engagement along the customer lifecycle from ideation through consumption
- Participates in the design, validation, and presentation of a core set of Oracle products, including advanced product concepts and 3rd party complimentary products to showcase how Oracle technology can help the customer achieve a business outcome
- Technically guides and assists the customer at different adoption stages: on boarding, solution implementations, after go live, upgrades, etc.
- Develops and delivers high quality presentation and demonstrations which help the customer in understanding and decision making
- Presents and articulates advanced product features and benefits and overall Oracle solutions and how they help address the customers need.

| Skills and Profile |
- At least 5-10 years of solid hands-on Technical and/or Pre-sales experience
- At least 3-4 years of Cloud Computing experience
- Broad technical experience of Oracle Cloud solutions along with high levels of experience in implementing and accompanying customers in Oracle Cloud adoption including a good understanding of cloud architecture. The role will primarily focus on security on OCI.
- Customer First Approach
- Deep experience implementing, accompanying customers in security implementation on any cloud platform
- Deep expertise in the focus area: with installation, configuration, administration and development skills for relevant Cloud products and services
- Knowledge of solving or escalating client issues. Pro-active and lateral problem-solving oriented
