    What You Will Do:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p>

    • Independently resolve on\-site incidents and service requests<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Provide VIP user support with professionalism and urgency<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Deliver end\-to\-end Digital Bar \/ Walk\-in centre support, including quick\-fix and device swaps<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Support Boutique IT environments and applications<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Hands\-on support for POS systems, barcode scanners and payment peripherals<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Perform meeting room & AV support (Teams, Zoom, other vendor equipment’s)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Act as hands\-and\-eyes support for server \/ network teams<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Manage printer and MFP support, including remote support team and vendor coordination<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Support PC refresh activities:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
      • Device stagging, testing and replacement<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Planning and end user communication<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Data migration support (where applicable)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Decommissioning and return of old devices<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li> <\/ul>
      • Ensure accurate CMDB and asset updates during moves, changes and refresh<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Educate users on self\-help options and remote support tools.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Highlight automation opportunities to achieve optimization and efficiency goals.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Collaborate with relevant teams to automate recurring onsite support activities, including device management, printing, meeting room coordination, and server support.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Record tickets for every activity performed during routine on\-site support operations.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicator (KPI) objectives.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Promote remote resolution to reduce unnecessary dispatch visits<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Support local IT project activities and initiatives<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Handle escalations<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Local stock management<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • End user trainings and new user induction trainings<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

        Requirements<\/h3>
        • Strong troubleshooting and client\-side incident resolution skills<\/span><\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Experience supporting VIP users<\/span><\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Good understanding of Windows, macOS, Office 365, ITSM and other workplace applications and tools<\/span><\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Knowledge of HAM processes<\/span><\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities<\/span><\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Strong customer\-facing and communication skills<\/span><\/span>
          <\/li>
        • LAN\/WAN and server room equipment’s fundamentals knowledge<\/span><\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Fluent in English and local language<\/span><\/span>
          <\/li>
        • ITIL process knowledge preferred<\/span><\/span>
