IT Support Engineer

ITP Media Group seeks an adept IT Support Engineer to oversee network and server infrastructure, ensuring robust security and optimal performance. Responsibilities include managing IT software, documenting processes, providing timely support, and maintaining hardware/software inventory. The role involves proactive troubleshooting and vendor coordination to support organizational needs effectively.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage network and server infrastructure and document IT processes and procedures
  
• Manage hardware and software inventory
  
• Conduct software installations
  
• Perform software and hardware upgrades
  
• Perform LAN/WAN and security analysis
  
• Implement new software and hardware systems
  
• Manage IT projects
  
• Perform LAN/WAN and network security implementation
  

Requirements And Skills:

• Only candidates with their own Visa will be considered.
  
• 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
  
• Knowledge of basic networking concepts and applications
  
• Ability to analyse problems and create solutions
  
• Experience working with Active Directory
  
• Experience working with Microsoft Exchange, O365
  
• Deployment of office applications
  
• Troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
