Ideal Candidate

  • Seeking a senior, hands-on Program Manager with strong airline technology experience to lead a high-visibility, customer-facing accessibility initiative. This role requires an independent operator who can orchestrate 15+ parallel technology workstreams, and integrate them into a single, cohesive delivery plan.
  • The ideal candidate has operated in complex airline enterprise environments, is fluent in application and infrastructure technology language, and can confidently bridge technical, business, and operational perspectives at all levels. This individual brings strong executive presence, actively manages risk and dependencies, and ensures no late surprises around delivery, scope, or timing.

Qualifications / Experience (non-cumulative)

  • 3+ years of Senior Program Manager or Program Manager experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives in enterprise environments
  • 5+ years overall experience in application development and technology delivery environments
  • Strong preference for prior airline experience, particularly supporting application and infrastructure technology teams
  • Demonstrated experience managing large, multi-workstream programs (15+ parallel workstreams) with multiple independent teams, PMs, and vendors
  • Strong understanding of modern technology delivery concepts, including application platforms, infrastructure dependencies, integration patterns, DevOps principles, and standard SDLC methodologies
  • Ability to read and challenge architecture and dependency models to surface delivery risk (solution design responsibility not required)
  • Experience maintaining integrated delivery artifacts, including program plans, RAID logs, dependency tracking, and decision documentation
  • Experience presenting to and engaging with VP and SVP-level stakeholders through SteerCos and executive forums
