Global Facilities Manager
Location: Wimbledon on site full time with visits to other offices globally as and when required.

We have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and hardworking individual to join our Estate Management team as a Global Facilities Manager
Reporting into the Head of Facilities, The Group Facilities Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth, cost-effective, and safe operation of all D&G facilities across multiple sites.
In addition, they will drive continuous improvements to the strategic direction of the office use – such as Hybrid working and upcoming trends in office use as well as seek and initiate improvements to the Facilities Services to the end user and develop on site teams to foster the D&G culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Cost Management: Leading cost-saving initiatives by internalising key Facilities Management (FM) functions and reducing reliance on external providers.
Operational Oversight: Managing Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules, ensuring uninterrupted business operations, and overseeing day-to-day facilities and reception functions.
Stakeholder Communication: Acting as the primary liaison with external suppliers and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and service delivery.
Health & Safety Leadership: Overseeing H&S compliance, induction processes, training tracking, and access control systems to maintain a safe and secure environment.
Project & Budget Management: Supporting facilities and refit projects, managing approved budgets, approving invoices, and ensuring cost efficiency.
Team Support & Coverage: Providing operational cover, including reception and post room duties when needed, and stepping in for the Head of Facilities during absences.
Sustainability & Reporting: Driving ESG initiatives, maintaining accurate facilities data, and delivering reports on occupancy, inspections, and sustainability metrics.
Skills and experience required:
IWFM membership qualification
Experience with CAD software is desirable
Essential skills with Health and Safety – IOSH managing safely
Strong experience with CAFM, Access Control Systems
Project Management skills and comfortable using MS Office Suite
Planned Preventative Maintenance management skills
Client management and relationship management experience in particular inter-departmental relationship management
Previous experience with Office refit and moves
