Are you ready to play a key role at the very heart of a leading organization’s data landscape? We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with a focus on functional management of the SAS Data Warehouse.
You will join a motivated team of 11 DevOps Engineers, responsible for both functional and technical management of applications such as S&P EDM and SAS Data Warehouse. The team ensures smooth operation of all incoming and outgoing data flows, supports lifecycle management, incident management, and drives optimization initiatives.
In this role, the emphasis will be on functional management of SAS DWH. You act as the bridge between users, vendors, internal IT teams, and business stakeholders. With your expertise, you ensure smooth processes, quick incident resolution, and continuous improvement of the systems.
Functional management of the SAS DWH application
Incident management, troubleshooting, and stakeholder alignment
Close collaboration with data teams, vendors, and end users
Advising on optimization and software improvements
Contributing to the Identity & Access Management (IAM) process
Working closely with technical application managers and DevOps colleagues
Driving continuous improvement of processes and ways of working
✅ Minimum 3 years of experience with (functional) SAS Data Warehouse
✅ Experience in functional application management
✅ Strong collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
✅ Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes
✅ Strong problem-solving skills
✅ Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
Experience working in Agile teams
Knowledge of cloud solutions
Experience with Master Data Management
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Sciences, or a related field
