ROLE PURPOSE
We are seeking an experienced SFM who will take charge of the dynamic day-to-day management of estates. This exciting role involves overseeing vacant and non-lettable properties, implementing and managing estate Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs), and handling reactive maintenance works. You'll be at the forefront of on-site management for lease terminations and the hand-back process, as well as surveying and setting scopes for reletting and small works. You'll collaborate closely with the assets and property departments on innovative estate improvement projects. You'll be responsible for your estate, taking ownership and ensuring the highest level of service and experience for our customers
