- This is a full -time position with career advancement opportunities
<\/li> - Some OT depending on workload
<\/li> - Pay rate up to $70/hr (will pay over union scale <\/b>based on experience)

Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>- Service and maintain boilers, chillers (air -cooled 100–300 tons), cooling towers, pumps, hydronics, WSHPs,<\/b> and BAS controls<\/b> (troubleshooting only).
<\/li>- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and light repairs (no tear -downs or rebuilds).
<\/li> - Mentor and support junior technicians in the field.
<\/li> - Communicate directly with building engineers and property managers.
<\/li> - Occasional suburban service calls to maintain full schedules.
<\/li><\/ul>This Job Is:<\/b>
<\/p>- Open to Universal EPA certified HVAC Techs with 10 years experience

Requirements<\/h3>- 10+ years of commercial HVAC service experience (Local 597 preferred).
