Design and implement functional network infrastructure and systems using detailed network diagrams and documentation
Effectively communicate engineering solutions through detailed high- and low-level diagrams
Analyze and confirm the information demands and functional requirements in collaboration with internal and external customers
Design, plan, and implement complex LAN/WAN/SD-WAN/RAN configurations
Establish requirements and provide analysis for network and services specifications, network design, network partitioning, and network architecture definition
Provide advanced expertise in the development of network test, validation, and integration plans on projects and assurance of network integrity
Work independently with vendors to understand, test, and drive new innovative features
Monitor network performance to identify and implement t necessary adjustments and improvements
Provide technical IT leadership in collaboration with other engineering discipline in an R&D lab environment
Configure firewalls, routing, and switching to maximize network security and efficiency

Experience with IXIA networking tools are a requirement!
Candidate should have deep experience with setup and configuration to test different scenarios around Packet Error Rate, Latency, Jitter due to RF or Network impairments.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering preferred.
5+ years of experience in large enterprise or carrier environments.
Professional networking certifications (CCNA/CCNP/CCIE) are a plus.
Public cloud certifications in advanced networking or cloud network engineering are a plus.
5+ years of experience in network segmentation, URL filtering, and dynamic routing
5+ years of experience with firewalls and network security mechanisms
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced workplace
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of building, developing, and maintaining SD-WAN environments
Skills and Qualifications:
Expertise in service provider IP routing (MPLS, segment routing, BGP, IS-IS, VRFs, QoS) and high availability configurations.
Experience with network deployment and operations automation (Ansible), software-defined networking, network configuration automation (Perl, Python, Bash), and server virtualization (VMWare, OpenStack).
