The role

Schedule, risk, issue, and status control
Own end-to-end project delivery, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and contractual milestones across multi-site IT-OT implementation programs.
Develop and maintain integrated project plans, resource models, and critical-path schedules covering design, build, testing, cutover, and go-live.
Actively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control, ensuring timely resolution and transparent escalation to protect production, safety, and delivery commitments.
Lead stakeholder management and governance, providing clear status reporting, executive dashboards, and communication across operations, engineering, IT, and leadership.
Ensure delivery outcomes meet agreed business KPIs for reliability, throughput, operational efficiency, and workforce productivity enabled by digital manufacturing solutions

What you’ll bring

Manufacturing IT-OT program delivery expertise
 10+ years of proven experience leading large-scale IT and digital transformation programs in manufacturing, including delivery of MES / SCADA / DCS / IIOT platforms.
Proven ability to manage multi-functional teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore locations.
Executive stakeholder and risk management.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
