We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. This role requires a strong understanding of various operating systems and networking concepts, as well as excellent problem-solving skills to ensure smooth IT operations within the organization.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level support for IT-related issues via phone, email, or in-person.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems on both Windows and Mac OS platforms.
Manage computer systems, ensuring all devices are functioning optimally.
Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer networks.
Offer desktop support to end-users, guiding them through technical challenges.
Maintain documentation of IT processes and procedures for future reference.
Collaborate with other IT team members to enhance service delivery and improve user experience.
Experience

Proficiency in computer management and desktop support is essential.
Strong knowledge of operating systems including Windows and Mac OS.
Familiarity with computer networking concepts is a plus.
Experience using IT service management tools such as Jira or Remedy is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
