Summary of Role & Key Responsibilities
Summary of Role
We seek an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to manage and improve our endpoint management system, focusing on Apple macOS, Jamf, Microsoft Intune, and Windows environments. This role ensures secure and high-performing end-user devices in our cloud-first London office and includes site support as well as collaboration with global teams
Key Responsibilities
Endpoint & Device Management
Provide day to day support for our London / UK offices.
Manage and support macOS devices across the organization
Administer Jamf Pro for Apple device enrolment, configuration, patching and compliance
Manage Microsoft Intune for device management, security policies and application deployment
Support Windows and mobile devices via Intune Security, Compliance & Identity
Implement endpoint security controls including disk encryption (FileVault/BitLocker), OS hardening and patch compliance
Integrate endpoint management with Azure AD / Entra ID and conditional access
Support Zero Trust and secure access models Application & Patch Management
Package, deploy and maintain applications for macOS and Windows
Manage OS and third-party patching via Jamf and Intune
Troubleshoot application and policy deployment issues User Support & Operations
Work with service desk teams to improve first-line resolution
Create and maintain documentation, SOPs and knowledge articles
Automation & Optimization
Use scripts (Bash, PowerShell) to automate routine tasks
Monitor device health, compliance and usage metrics
Drive continuous improvement in endpoint performance and user experience

Key Requirements
We are looking for people with experience in the following areas:
Apple Business Manager (ABM)
Azure AD / Entra ID
Autopilot and device enrolment workflows
Endpoint security policies
Scripting & Tools
Bash and/or PowerShell scripting
Experience with MDM/MAM concepts
Familiarity with monitoring and asset management tools
Strong customer service and communication skills
Methodical and organised approach to problem-solving
Ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities effectively
Attention to detail in documentation and ticket updates
Willingness to learn and develop technical and process knowledge
Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team
Comfortable following defined processes while contributing improvement ideas
Work with Site Admin & HR teams for onboarding and other office related matters.
Ability to service with smile.
Jamf certifications (Jamf 200 / 300 / 400)
Microsoft Endpoint Administrator certification (MD-102)
Experience supporting remote-first or global users
Exposure to compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, DPDPA)
