About the role:
As the 2nd/3rd Line IT Support Engineer, you will be crucial in implementing and supporting IT systems across the organisation. You will be part of a dynamic IT team, responsible for managing and supporting over 400 users across seven locations in London. Your experience in IT support within a fast-paced environment will be key, particularly in managing a hybrid IT estate that includes both on-premises and cloud technologies.
You will also be required to collaborate with third-party IT contractors to ensure system installation, maintenance, and support as required, contributing to the overall IT roadmap for secure and efficient operations. This role also includes some information security officer duties with training and progression.
