Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial, industrial, or residential settings. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of HVAC systems and controls, demonstrate excellent troubleshooting abilities, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems including split units, chillers, air handlers, ductwork, and ventilation systems.

  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions and repair or replace defective components.

  • Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manuals.

  • Test HVAC systems for proper functioning and compliance with safety and performance standards.

  • Monitor and control system operations via BMS (Building Management System), where applicable.

  • Maintain records of repairs, service reports, and inventory of parts and tools.

  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests on a timely basis.

  • Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other maintenance staff.


Essential Qualifications:
  • ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning / Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.

  • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or in a similar role.

  • Valid HVAC certification or license (preferred, if applicable per country regulations).


Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair.

  • Proficiency in using HVAC tools and diagnostic equipment.

  • Understanding of electrical and mechanical schematics.

  • Knowledge of local HVAC codes, safety protocols, and compliance standards.

  • Basic computer and documentation skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Physical stamina and ability to work in confined spaces or at heights, as required.
