DevOps Engineer – Microsoft IAM / One Identity Manager Specialist

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience with One Identity Manager in an enterprise environment.
  

• In-depth understanding of IAM principles, including authentication, authorization, and access control.
  

• Proven experience in customizing the One Identity data model and implementing bespoke IAM logic.
  

• Proficiency in VB.NET or equivalent programming languages.
  

• Strong knowledge of One Identity APIs and connector frameworks.
  

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft IAM technologies, especially in hybrid and cloud environments.
  

• Strong understanding of DevOps tools and practices, including containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD (e.g., Azure DevOps), and infrastructure automation (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
  

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), with a preference for Microsoft Azure.
  

• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  

• Demonstrated ability to manage the full IAM project lifecycle from requirements to support.

Preferred Qualifications.

• Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., One Identity Certified, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, etc.).
  

• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare) and familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX, ISO 27001).
