Requirements
Strong and broad technical background with hands-on experience in Kubernetes & containerization, Cloud platforms, preferably AWS, Programming, ideally with Python
Design and configure a future-proof PBAC (Policy-Based Access Control) solution.
Act as the technical lead for the redesign of the Access Management system, leveraging technologies such as Kubernetes and containerization.
Develop innovative solutions for PBAC use cases and ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
Collaborate with a team of 5–7 DevOps engineers, taking ownership across the full lifecycle—from ideation and implementation to operations.
Promote automation, testing, and security best practices within the team.
Continuously evaluate and improve existing tools, processes, and standards.
5+ years of experience in relevant DevOps or infrastructure engineering roles.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps Pipelines, Networking principles, ITIL practices
Solid understanding of access control models and digital security concepts.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments.
Comfortable navigating complex enterprise organizations and fostering collaboration across teams.
