DevOps Engineer

• Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
  
• Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.

Requirements

• Strong and broad technical background with hands-on experience in Kubernetes & containerization, Cloud platforms, preferably AWS, Programming, ideally with Python
  
• Design and configure a future-proof PBAC (Policy-Based Access Control) solution.
  
• Act as the technical lead for the redesign of the Access Management system, leveraging technologies such as Kubernetes and containerization.
  
• Develop innovative solutions for PBAC use cases and ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
  
• Collaborate with a team of 5–7 DevOps engineers, taking ownership across the full lifecycle—from ideation and implementation to operations.
  
• Promote automation, testing, and security best practices within the team.
  
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing tools, processes, and standards.
  
• 5+ years of experience in relevant DevOps or infrastructure engineering roles.
  
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps Pipelines, Networking principles, ITIL practices
  
• Solid understanding of access control models and digital security concepts.
  
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments.
  
• Comfortable navigating complex enterprise organizations and fostering collaboration across teams.
