Purpose

We're looking to hire an expert to help our customer's keep our systems safe from cyber-attacks. You'll be responsible for keeping an eye on security issues, figuring out what needs to be done, coming up with solutions, facilitating and supporting security audits and tests. In addition, you will help staff and stakeholders stay on top of security awareness and training

Key Missions

  • Participate and contribute during regular system audit activities to identify vulnerabilities and implement security measures.

  • Analyze scan results, prioritize vulnerabilities based on risk, and coordinate with system owners for timely patch deployment.

  • Automate manual tasks through coding, scripting, and innovative solutions to reduce repetitive human work.

  • Participate in incident reviews, root cause analysis, and service improvement initiatives.

Profile & Other Information

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering/Information System/Information Security from a recognized institution with 3+ years of experience in DevOps roles.
  • Experience with containers and containers orchestration and deployments tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm etc.).
  • Knowledge of scripting and programming language (Bash, Python, Power shell, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and experience in managing on-prem environments.
  • Knowledge of Cybersecurity best practices and how they should be applicable inside a project.
  • Experience with collecting metrics (Prometheus) and monitoring dashboards (Grafana).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
