Devops Engineer

We are looking for an Operations Engineer to support deployments (including outside business hours), manage configurations, and ensure smooth operations of the payment engine platform. <\/span>

Key Responsibilities:<\/span>
<\/span> <\/div>

• Support application deployments during non\-business hours as required.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Manage configurations and ensure stability of the production environment.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Provide operational support for the payment engine and related infrastructure.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Troubleshoot and resolve on\-premise server and virtual machine (VM) related issues.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Monitor system performance and proactively address CPU, memory, and disk\-related issues.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Create and manage monitoring dashboards and alerts using Grafana and Prometheus.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Develop and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines, manage artifacts, and enforce branch policies.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Contribute proactively to system improvements and operational excellence initiatives.<\/span><\/span>

  Required Skills & Experience:<\/span>
  <\/span> <\/div>

  • Strong DevOps expertise with hands\-on experience in Linux environments.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Solid system administration knowledge, including troubleshooting CPU, memory, and disk performance issues.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Experience managing on\-prem servers and VM environments.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Strong hands\-on experience with Ansible, including writing playbooks, understanding roles, and module concepts.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Practical experience with Grafana (dashboard creation and alert configuration).<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Hands\-on experience with Prometheus, including writing PromQL queries, configuring alerts, and understanding metrics ingestion.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, including pipeline creation, troubleshooting, artifacts management, and branch policies.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Familiarity with Bash and\/or Python scripting.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Good understanding of database concepts and RDBMS fundamentals (indexes, keys, etc.).<\/span>
