Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $30-$42/hour ($62,400-$87,360 annually)
- On-Call Pay: $150 per scheduled on-call shift
- Paid Time Off: 48 hours (increases to 168 hours with tenure)

Your Role: Commercial HVAC Technician
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and equipment replacements for commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Install and service HVAC systems and ice machines
- Conduct preventative maintenance and recommend repairs
- Troubleshoot and assess system issues
- Respond to emergency service calls
- Provide facility condition observations and recommendations
- Collaborate with dispatchers, coordinators, and supervisors
- Follow all safety protocols and complete documentation accurately
- Work independently while delivering excellent customer service
Tools & Support
- Fully stocked service van
- Company-issued iPad and iPhone
- Provided PPE
Qualifications
Required:
- EPA Certification
- 3-6 years of experience in Commercial HVAC and refrigeration
- Proficiency in servicing, installing, and troubleshooting:
- Commercial HVAC systems
- Refrigeration systems and ice machines
- Chillers, cooling towers, water source heat pumps
- HVAC Journeyman license (preferred)
Physical Requirements:
- Climb ladders while carrying up to 30 lbs.
- Lift up to 75 lbs. and work in confined spaces
- Wear required PPE
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed
- Ability to meet security clearance requirements
- Pass drug, background, and driver’s license checks
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with light commercial equipment
- Experience with industry software (a plus)
