🛠️ About the Role

We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Network Administrator to lead and support enterprise-level network infrastructure for a high-demand e-commerce environment. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, mission-critical setting.

 

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general maintenance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for network incidents 
  • Lead resolution of network issues and ensure business continuity 
  • Implement and manage network changes following ITIL and change management protocols 
  • Install, upgrade, and maintain network components 
  • Audit network devices to ensure compliance with policies and standards 
  • Document processes and maintain detailed technical records 
  • Participate in shift rotations, including weekends and on-call support

 

🧠 Required Technical Expertise

  • F5 LTM Load Balancers - configuration, installation, and upgrades 
  • Checkpoint & Juniper Firewalls - administration and troubleshooting 
  • Cisco Routers & Switches - IOS and Nexus OS 
  • Advanced troubleshooting of network traffic flows 
  • Strong knowledge of OSPF, EIGRP, HSRP, VLAN, TCP/IP 
  • Scripting in Perl, Python, or Bash 
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and documentation standards

 

✅ Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or 10+ years of relevant experience 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to work independently and with remote, matrixed teams 
  • Experience with documentation, user guides, and process development 
  • Professional, responsible, and self-motivated
