We are a well-established and reputable HVAC company in the Skokie area looking to add an experienced Lead Residential Install & Service Technician to our growing team. Responsibilities
- Perform residential HVAC installations, maintenance, and service calls independently
- Lead by example and provide high-quality workmanship on every job
- Troubleshoot HVAC systems and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and team members
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and work area
Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential HVAC install and service experience
- Ability to run a truck and work independently as a lead technician
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- EPA certification (required)
