DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior to Mid-level DevOps Engineer to join our team working with diverse technologies in a highly collaborative, mission-driven culture. The DevOps Engineer drives our automation systems' innovation, quality, and reliability. You will work closely with the DevOps and the Platform Engineering teams to help ensure reliability and speed of feature delivery. 

Who we’re looking for:

• A voracious learner with the ability to quickly learn new technologies
• A passion for automation
• 1-2 years of experience in DevOps, CloudOps, or GitOps technologies
• A clear understanding of version control and the Gitflow Workflow
• Experience with Docker
• Experience with one or more cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, GCP or OCI
• Experience with Terraform or infrastructure as code
• Experience with Jenkins or comparable CI/CD technology 
• Development experience with a programming language, preferably Python or Go
• Desire to maintain a high standard of security 
• Eagerness and interest in working on a variety of projects
• The ability to learn conventions as well as innovate and help create new ones

What you’ll do:

• Work with our DevOps Engineering team to continually improve the reliability, performance, and quality of our CI/CD systems
• Leverage infrastructure as code to manage cloud resources and system dependencies
• Develop automation to help improve the insight and reliability of systems

We are fully remote and always have been! You will work in a fast-paced, high-performance startup environment as part of a distributed team.
